Terms of service

This English version is provided for information purposes. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.

These Terms of service govern the relationship between Ángeles María Rodríguez Gómez (NIF 75156242Q, Calle Isidoro Macabich, 14, 2º izquierda, 07840 Santa Eulària des Riu (Ibiza, Illes Balears)) and the persons who request an appointment through the Website, by telephone, email or WhatsApp. They supplement the Legal notice and the Privacy policy.

1. Services

Sessions of manual and energy therapies (the ritual menu), hypnosis, biodecoding and Khepri Method sessions are offered, in person at the centres in Maracena (Granada) and Santa Eulària (Ibiza) or online by video call, depending on the speciality, as well as massage training. The description of each service is the one published on the Website.

These therapies are wellbeing and personal support practices. They do not constitute a diagnosis, nor do they replace medical, psychological or psychiatric care, diagnosis or treatment. The client undertakes to disclose, before the session, any relevant condition (pregnancy, injuries, illnesses, medication or ongoing treatments) so that the session can be adapted or, where appropriate, advised against.

2. Requesting and confirming appointments

The Website form makes it possible to request an appointment by choosing the speciality, the location, the day and the time from the available slots. Opening hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 20:00. Appointments must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

When the request is sent, the slot is provisionally reserved and the person receives an email acknowledging receipt. The appointment is not confirmed until they receive the confirmation email. If for any reason it is not possible to attend to them at that time, they will receive an email to choose another date.

The person requesting the appointment undertakes to provide truthful information. Appointments for minors under 18 must be requested by their father, mother or legal guardian, who must accompany them or authorise the session.

3. Cancellations and changes

The client may cancel their appointment using the link included in the acknowledgement and confirmation emails, or by giving notice by email, telephone or WhatsApp. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice so that the slot can be offered to someone else.

Ángeles María Rodríguez Gómez may cancel or change an appointment for justified reasons (illness, force majeure or unforeseen circumstances), giving as much notice as possible and offering a new date.

4. Price and payment

The price of each service will be communicated before the session. For in-person sessions, payment is made at the centre and only cash is accepted. For online sessions, the payment method will be communicated when the appointment is confirmed.

5. Online sessions

Online sessions take place by video call. The client is responsible for having a suitable connection and device and a quiet, private space. Sessions are not recorded.

6. Training

Enrolment in the massage school’s training courses (such as NUN · El fluir del cuerpo (The flow of the body)) is governed by the specific conditions —dates, price, payment method and refund policy— provided at the time of enrolment.

7. Confidentiality

Everything the client shares during the sessions is treated in the strictest confidence, in accordance with the Privacy policy.

8. Amendments and applicable law

These Terms may be amended to adapt them to changes in the service or in the regulations; any amendments will be published on the Website and will not affect appointments that have already been confirmed. They are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction in accordance with the law, without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers under consumer protection legislation, including the possibility of resorting to alternative dispute resolution systems.
