II. General terms and conditions of use

Purpose of the terms: the Website

The purpose of these General Terms of Use (hereinafter, the Terms) is to govern access to and use of the Website. For the purposes of these Terms, the Website shall be understood to mean the external appearance of the screens, both static and dynamic; all the elements integrated into them (hereinafter, the Content); and all online services or resources that may be offered to Users (hereinafter, the Services), including the appointment request system.

Ángeles María Rodríguez Gómez reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the Website and of the Content and Services that may be incorporated into it. The User acknowledges and accepts that any of these elements, or access to them, may be interrupted, deactivated or cancelled at any time.

Access to the Website by the User is free of charge, except for the cost of connection through the telecommunications network supplied by the access provider contracted by the User. Appointment requests are also governed by the Terms of service.

The User

Accessing, browsing and using the Website confers the status of User, whereby all the Terms set out herein, as well as any subsequent amendments to them, are accepted from the moment browsing begins, without prejudice to the application of any mandatory legal provisions. The User is advised to read them each time they visit the Website.

The User undertakes responsibility for making proper use of the Website. This responsibility shall extend to:

• Using the information, Content and Services in a manner that is not contrary to these Terms, the law, morality or public order, or that may in any other way harm the rights of third parties or the proper functioning of the Website itself.
• The truthfulness and lawfulness of the information provided in the forms, in particular in the appointment request form.

Mere access to this Website does not establish any kind of commercial relationship between Ángeles María Rodríguez Gómez and the User.

The User declares that they are at least 14 years of age. Appointments for minors under 18 must be requested by their father, mother or legal guardian.

The Website is mainly aimed at Users resident in Spain. No assurance is given that it complies with the legislation of other countries. If the User resides elsewhere and decides to access or browse the Website, they do so at their own risk.

III. Nature of the content and of the therapies

The Content of the Website is provided for information purposes. Manual and energy therapies, hypnosis, biodecoding and the Khepri Method are wellbeing and personal support practices: they do not constitute a diagnosis, nor do they replace medical, psychological or psychiatric care, diagnosis or treatment. In the event of any health problem, the User should consult a healthcare professional and should not abandon or modify any prescribed treatment.

IV. Access and browsing: exclusion of warranties and liability

The continuity, availability and usefulness of the Website, its Content or its Services are not guaranteed. Every effort will be made to ensure that it works properly, but there is no guarantee that access will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that the content or software that may be accessed will be error-free or will not cause damage to the User’s computer system. Under no circumstances shall Ángeles María Rodríguez Gómez be liable for losses, damage or harm of any kind arising from access to, browsing or use of the Website, including damage to computer systems or damage caused by the introduction of viruses, nor for any outages, interruptions or faults in telecommunications.

Their purpose is to facilitate access to information available on the Internet and they may not be considered a recommendation. Ángeles María Rodríguez Gómez, in her own right or as assignee, holds all intellectual and industrial property rights in the Website and in the elements it contains (by way of example: images, texts, trademarks and logos —including «Antami», «Método Khepri» (Khepri Method), «Ítaca» and «NUN · El fluir del cuerpo»—, colour combinations, structure and design, and the computer programs needed for its operation). The reproduction, distribution and public communication, including making available, of all or part of the content, for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, without authorisation, is expressly prohibited. The User may view, print, copy and store elements of the Website exclusively for their personal use. If the User considers that any Content infringes intellectual property rights, they should report it using the contact details given in section I.

VII. Legal action, applicable law and jurisdiction

The right is reserved to bring any civil or criminal proceedings deemed necessary for the improper use of the Website and its Content or for breach of these Terms. The relationship between the User and Ángeles María Rodríguez Gómez shall be governed by the legislation in force in Spain. Should any dispute arise, the parties shall submit to the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction in accordance with the law.
