The programme
A specialisation programme in manual therapy
Nun is a ten-day in-person training programme that combines therapeutic massage techniques with energy work, structured as a progression: from first contact with the body to mastering specific protocols of manual intervention.
- 10Days of training
- 6 hDaily session
- 4Technical blocks
- 100%Supervised practice
Syllabus
A ten-day progression
Each block builds on the one before: we start from body perception, build the technical foundation of massage and move on to more specific protocols, closing with an energy-based approach to integration.
-
Day 1
Energetic opening and body perception
Introductory work aimed at developing the ability to listen to the body: recognising tension, breathing rhythm and quality of touch as a therapeutic tool, the foundation for all the manual work that follows.
-
Days 2 – 4
Flow Induction
My own protocol of gliding strokes and progressive pressure, designed to induce a change of state: activating the parasympathetic nervous system and resetting overall muscle tone from a place of calm.
-
Days 5 – 7
Deep Myofascial Release
A more intense protocol: targeted work on points of muscular tension, deep friction and manipulation techniques aimed at releasing and recoding the tissue from within.
-
Days 8 – 9
Foot Mapping
Approaching the body through the foot: reading its points of projection onto the body and applying localised pressure as a way of working physically and energetically on the whole organism.
-
Day 10
Introduction to working with the cerebrospinal fluid
The programme closes with a low-intensity, energy-based manual approach: listening to the body through still points aimed at releasing tension and inducing a state of deep relaxation, as a technique to integrate everything worked on over the ten days.
